At the time of delivery, the exchange TV/Appliance will be collected.
In case there is a discrepancy in the discount voucher amount due to incorrect selection at the time of order, customer will be requested to cancel and place the order again at the time of delivery with correct voucher.
In case the old item for exchange doesn?t meet the criteria, the customer will be requested to cancel the order and reorder without the coupon code.
